Swedish Massage
The most familiar massage modality, the pressure used is light to medium touch. Best known for increasing circulation, relieving muscle pain and tension, and reducing stress. Appropriate modifications for expectant mothers in their 2nd or 3rd trimester can be made to 50 and 70-minute sessions.
