Barbecue University offers an intense three-day program that will help you take your grilling skills to a new level, and give you one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences of your life. Hosted by Steven Raichlen, this program is a three-day whirlwind of fire, smoke, camaraderie and great eating. Class begins promptly at 9am, and a multi-course lunch of the dishes you learn in class will be served at noon. This is not solely a spectator's course. You'll get confidence-building, hands-on experience in direct and indirect grilling as well as smoking. You'll learn how to consistently produce food that will make you a grilling "rock star" among your family, friends and business associates.
