Since 1961, the historic Penrose Room has been known as one of the Rocky Mountain region's top destinations for fine classic-style dining in a stylish atmosphere. Price Range: The 3-course menu is $72 per person and the 4-course menu is $78 per person. The Chef's Tasting Menu is $102 per person, with wines $158 per person.

The Chef's Table at Penrose Room is a private dining experience at the peak of perfection. With cooking and wine demonstrations for up to 16, guests are treated to an up-close look of the chef in action, as well as a breathtaking wrap around balcony perfect for receptions prior to dinner or for sipping port after. Every detail has been giving the utmost attention at Executive Chef Betrand Bouquin's Chef Table, from the hand-blown Grecian plates custom designed for each course, to the individually created menus every dinner at the Penrose Room's Chef's Table is a one-of-a-kind experience.
Enhancing the Penrose Room's timeless elegance is the glass-enclosed 24-seat semi-private dining room, which extends out from the main dining room affording guests a breathtaking mountain and lake view. Located at the Southwest corner of the restaurant, the Cornet Room is the perfect location to experience a tasting menu by Chef Bertrand Bouquin.
