The fitness center is open daily from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm. Use of the fitness center is reserved for hotel guests 18 and over, or those 16 and 17 years of age accompanied by a supervising adult.
Personal Training ($55 or $75, 30 or 50 minutes)
Personal training sessions are a wonderful way to stay on target with your goals and receive the most recent information from exercise research. Your personal trainer is certified and experienced in working with all body types, ages, conditions, and goals.
Body Composition Analysis ($45, 15 minutes)
Our BSDI system will give you one of the most accurate looks at your body’s muscle to fat composition. Consult with our fitness specialists before testing for best results.
Fitness Evaluation ($100, 50 minutes)
This full range of fitness measurements is administered in our private assessment room by one of our fitness specialists. Our BSDI system evaluates all parts of the body’s fitness picture so that our experts can draw you a map of how to reach your fitness goals.
Metabolic Testing & Online Meal Planning ($100, 30 minutes) If you want to get a handle on the most difficult part of getting fit, which for most of us is eating smart, take this short breath test which measures your unique metabolic rate with 98.7% accuracy. Armed with a measurement of how many daily calories you burn, you can log onto your section of the Elementals Wellness website for a customized meal plan that fits your metabolic rate and unique target weight goals. Access to the website continues for 12 months with the purchase of this service.
One-On-One Classes ($100, 50 minutes)
Your choice of class (Yoga, Pilates or Pilates Reformer, Stretching, Core Strength or Spinning) with an expert to get the one-on-one attention that the various positions and techniques of these disciplines require.
Guided Hikes or Mountain Biking ($30 per person, per hour)
Take advantage of the most beautiful scenery and challenging hills the world has to offer. Whether you are a seasoned pro or an eager amateur, take the worry out of getting lost or figuring out how to get there by relying on our tested and true fitness professionals as guides. Minimum of 2 participants and maximum of 5 participants.
