The BROADMOOR actively recruits from more than 115 international schools/organizations and currently employs over 100 international students from 16 different countries.
International Student Welcome Session
After orientation, international students attend a brief welcome meeting covering the particulars of their program and the opportunities offered to them while they are here.
International Training Program
Trainees participate in a 6-12 month training internship in various departments. All positions are considered full-time and students are given an opportunity to participate in a number of training classes. Trainees must meet one of the following criteria: 1) Current student at a college/university, pursuing a degree in Hospitality or a related field. 2) Graduate of a college/univeristy in Hospitality or a related field less than one year prior to beginning the International Training Program. 3) Graduate of a college/university in Hospitality or a related field over one year ago, but has one year of relevant work experience outside of the United States. 4) Does not have a degree from a college/university, but has five years of relevant work experience outside of the United States.
International Work and Travel Program
Work and Travel students are able to work with us for a maximum of four months. Summer Work and Travel students generally start in June and Winter Work and Travel students begin in December. Most students participate in this program during their off-season from their university. Students should be enrolled in a university and be planning to return to their university after their four-month program.
