Eight bedroom cottage

Each cottage offers configurations from one to eight bedrooms and up to 6,300 square feet.

Interiors feature inviting parlors with high beamed ceilings, wood accented chandeliers and wood floors. Handcrafted area rugs complement natural stone fireplaces, and custom stone and ceramic baths feature five-fixture baths and heated floors. Surround sound systems, large flat screen TV’s and the latest in-room technologies blend seamlessly into the comfortably elegant design.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor space opens to unparalleled mountain and golf course views. Surrounded by lush landscaping and a meandering creek, the cottages sit along the legendary East Course and most include sweeping vistas of the 18th fairway and Cheyenne Mountain.

There are two large common areas perfect for entertaining. The first is a 400 square foot patio near a large outdoor fireplace suited for year-round use and great for ceremonies and small events. The second is a 4,000 square foot patio near the tennis courts fully accessible for catered events with electricity and embedded grommets for easy tenting, perfect for receptions, wedding ceremonies or bridal lunches.

Distinctive Touches

Distinctive touches include a dining table for eight in the Grand Suites, exceptionally spacious rooms and large outdoor patios that can accommodate dinner parties for up to twenty people.
