685116-Mountain Clubhouse Server (April-Oct.)
Serves food and beverage to patrons of the Mountain Clubhouse by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Handle opening, side work and closing procedures as outlined in manual
- Follow all directions received from managers/ supervisors
- Assist guests in a friendly, timely manner
- Take orders and prepare basic drinks
- Knowledgeable of menu items, wine and cocktails
- Answer menu questions and makes suggestions
- Write or memorize order and relay to kitchen via computer
- Serves food according to five star standards
- Follow up with guests, observe any needs and respond to additional requests
- Set up and serve buffet lunches, box lunches or special meals as assigned
- Present check upon meal completion
- Accept payment, make change
- Complete necessary reports and balance monies

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and bartending experience preferred. Some Knowledge of Golf preferred.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Able to solve practical problems and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates and Licenses:
Must be 18 years of age.
