Installs, maintains, repairs, tests and operates all electronics and telecommunications equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Repair and maintain all televisions and radios.
- Repair and maintain all telephones, including wiring up to central system.
- Install, repair and maintain satellite and master antenna TV system, including associated cabling.
- Install, repair and maintain CCTV system.
- Install, repair and maintain security and fire alarm systems and associated cabling up to status and control panels.
- Install, repair and maintain satellite music sound distribution systems.
- Install and repair computer cabling.
- Respond to work order and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Comply with established safety rules and health regulations of the Hotel and Engineering department.
Marginal functions and responsibilitiesinclude the following.
- Shop cleanup and housekeeping.
- Gassing, washing and cleaning shop vehicles as required.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Colorado Driver's License required.
