The BRO^ADMOOR's Summer Bee Bunch camp is a fun way for your child to spend their vacation. Our counselors have planned a wide variety of age-appropriate activities for children ages 3-12. In order to provide the highest quality program, advanced reservations are requested. Available on a scheduled basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The Bee Bunch can be arranged throughout the year with a minimum of three children, and at least a two-week advance notice. The Bee Bunch offers programs for Christmas and Easter Holidays.

Babysitting services are also available for children of all ages. We kindly ask a week's notice for babysitting arrangements in order to ensure the availability of a sitter.

Babysitting

Babysitting Guidelines:

1. Those requesting childcare must be registered guests of The BRO^ADMOOR  Hotel.
2. Babysitting requests are taken Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We kindly ask a one week notice prior to your arrival to facilitate childcare arrangements.
3. The babysitters are independent agents, and are not acting as employees of the hotel. They are not licensed or bonded. Please be aware that you are contracting directly with the sitter.
4. Because they are independent, we cannot guarantee a sitter until we actually have one secured. With enough notice, this is typically not an issue.
5. Children must be 6 months of age or older.
6. The suggested fee is $12 per hour for the first child and $3 per hour for each additional child.
7. Combining families will be charged individually.
8. If you must cancel, it is kindly requested that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, or there is a $36 cancellation fee that goes directly to the sitter.
9. The babysitter requests that if you cancel your hotel reservations, that you please contact the Children's Concierge at 866.334.3712 to also cancel your childcare arrangements.
10. The babysitter charges may not be charged to your guest room. You must pay the sitter directly at the end of each sitting time.
11. The babysitters will not bathe children or take them swimming UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
12. The babysitters will not administer any type of medication. THIS INCLUDES VITAMINS AND TYLENOL.
13. Babysitters will not leave the property with your child.
14. Does your child have any special needs that the babysitter should be aware of? If so, please include these in your online reservation.
