Rates are European Plan (no meals) and do not include 9.4% tax and 2.25% public improvement fee. Rates are single through quad occupancy, when extra bedding is not required. Rooms come with choice of king or two double beds. Rollaway charge is $15 per night.

- Deposit:
- A first night's deposit is required within two weeks (14 days) of the booking being made. The deposit may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express, or CarteBlanche credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given.
- Cancellation:
- Reservations may be cancelled, or stays shortened, up to seven (7) days prior to arrival; cancellations or shortened stays will be charged if made within seven (7) days of check-in.
- Incidental Services:
- An incidental service fee of $14 per room, single or double occupancy, and $2.50 for each additional person, will be added daily to the room to include:
- Unlimited access to The BROADMOOR Spa Fitness Center
- Local access and toll-free calls up to one hour in length, credit card, and collect calls
- All incoming faxes
- In-room coffee and tea
- Daily newspaper
