The BROADMOOR Fitness Center is open daily from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Use of the Fitness Center is reserved for hotel guests 18 and over, and for 16- and 17-year-olds accompanied by a supervising adult. Fourteen- and 15-year-old resort guests must attend a Youth Orientation to be allowed access to the Fitness Center.

- Fitness Classes ($20)
View The Broadmoor's Fitness Schedule. Current classes and activities include: Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Step, Aqua, Ball, Muscle, Stretch, Outdoor Hiking, Guided Mountain Biking, and Core Training with Balance Balls or BOSU Balls.
- Personal Training ($65 for 30 minutes; $85 for 50 minutes)
Personal training sessions are a wonderful way to refocus your fitness goals, get inspired with new techniques and receive the most recent information from exercise research. Your personal trainer is certified and experienced in working with all body types, ages, conditions, and goals.
- Fitness Evaluation ($75 for 50 minutes)
This full range of fitness measurements is administered in our private assessment room by one of our fitness specialists. Our BSDI system evaluates all parts of the body's fitness picture so that our experts can draw you a map of how you can reach your fitness goals.
- Fitness Jumpstart ($100 for 50 minutes)
Make a big impact on your fitness or lifestyle goals. This in-depth session begins with a complete Body Composition to give you an accurate account of your body's muscle to fat composition. Included is a short breath test which measures your unique metabolic rate with 98.7% accuracy. Armed with how many daily calories are naturally burned, your on-line meal support will provide the personalized meal plans we all need to eat wisely. Access to the website continues for 12 consecutive months. Pair this service with a Fitness Evaluation and it is half off!
- One-On-One Reformer Training ($100 for 50 minutes)
Work one-on-one with the Pilates Reformer and a Fitness Specialist for a maximum workout. Receive direct feedback on how to make the most of your time on the Reformer.
- Guided Hikes or Mountain Biking ($30 per person, per hour)
Take advantage of our lush and hilly surroundings with a guided hike or mountain biking adventure. Whether you are a seasoned pro or an eager amateur, take the worry out of getting lost or figuring out how to get there by relying on our tested and true fitness professionals as guides. Minimum of two participants and maximum of five participants.
- Swimming Lessons ($40 for 30 minutes; $60 for 50 minutes)
Individual swimming lessons for all ages. 50-minute lesson for beginners or those hesitant of water. 30-minute lesson is designed for those more comfortable.
- Youth Fitness
Conducted by our Fitness Specialists. Youth Fitness is an introductory class available for Hotel Guests and Golf Club Members 12-17 years ofage who would like supervised access to the Fitness Center.
