They will teach you how to look and feel better, and how to live better as well.

Paul Massullo - Fitness Supervisor

Paul Massullo is a West Virginia native who recently retired after serving 27 years in the US Army, where fitness became his lifestyle. Paul has served all over the world and most recently at Ft. Greely, Alaska. Paul is a graduate of Pierce College in Tacoma, Washington and he is certified through the Aerobics Fitness Association of America as a Group Exercise Instructor and a Personal Trainer. He is also certified as a Power Cycle Instructor. He has worked as a strength coach at Fountain Ft. Carson High School and he developed the fitness training programs for the Ft. Greely Physical Fitness Center at Ft. Greely, Alaska. Paul's primary instruction has been directed toward soldiers and military family members. He now resides in Southern Colorado. Paul is currently leading the Youth Fitness Program because he believes that a healthy lifestyle begins in childhood. He enjoys weight training, hiking, skiing, football, and working with others. 

JudyAnne Light
JudyAnne was a performing dancer and university dance educator for 15 years in Ontario, Canada, Minnesota and Montana. She also worked with physical therapists to develop alternative exercise/recreation therapy programs in medical rehabilitation centers in western Montana and Colorado Springs. She holds one international and five national fitness certifications. Her specialties include: Pilates, yoga, yoga therapy, personal training, body sculpting, Qi gong, aqua exercise and dance oriented aerobics. She holds a B.A. in Dance and Humanities and an M.A. in Therapeutic Recreation. Her personal exercise has included horseback riding and mountain hiking. She is a licensed massage therapist and has worked at The Spa at The BROADMOOR and The BROADMOOR Fitness Center since 1995.

Bev Stewart
Bev is a native of Washington and earned her degree at Washington State University. She is nationally certified as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, cycling instructor, and group exercise instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Bev's specialties include strength training, Pilates, cycling, step, and aqua exercise. Bev has served as a hospital wellness director, group exercise coordinator, and dietary manager.  She has taught in a variety of corporate and franchise facilities.  Bev and her family moved to Colorado Springs from Bismarck, North Dakota, where Bev was involved with her sons' hockey teams.  Bev and her husband enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing. 


Luke Dettinger
Luke is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where he earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise management. He currently holds certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Personal Trainer. He is also a Certified Spinning Instructor through Johnny G Spin. Luke worked as a Personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym where he trained people of all ages. He also taught group fitness classes at the local Senior Center in Eau Claire. Luke served in the Army National Guard for seven years. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and served on active duty in Iraq from March 2003 to April 2004. While on active duty, Luke worked with fellow soldiers to develop and instruct fitness programs. Luke is a native of Wisconsin. He moved to Colorado for the recreation, mountains and less humid climate. During his free time, Luke enjoys mountain biking, hiking, skiing or snowshoeing in the mountains surrounding Colorado Springs.

Lauralee Beerman

Lauralee is a native New Yorker who received her B.S. in Cardio Respiratory Science from SUNY at Stony Brook. Lauralee also lived in Texas, where she received her Masters in Exercise Science from the University of Houston. She's certified in Core Power Yoga by the Yoga Alliance, and is AAAI certified in personal training, kick boxing, and phase II yoga. Lauralee is also a Weight Watchers leader. Her specialities include all age strength training, power yoga, weight management, hiking, and swimming. Lauralee enjoys dancing, yoga, soccer, music, and outdoor activities.
