Judy Anne Light

Judy Anne began her career in Minnesota and Ontario, as a performing dancer and university educator, working exclusively with high- level athletes. Her developing passion for healing led into 15+ years of exercise/therapy work in rehab hospitals and community clinics in Montana and Colorado. She has helped people of all ages, abilities and medical conditions achieve maximum performance physically, cognitively and emotionally. She came to the Broadmoor’s Fitness Center in 1998 after serving as a massage therapist in its Spa.  Her B.A. in Dance and M.A. in Therapeutic Recreation are supported by multiple national certifications in personal training/body sculpting, Pilates, Yoga, Qi Gong, and aqua exercise.  Her personal life revolves around family and community, mountain hiking/snowshoeing, social dancing and creative writing. 

Bev Stewart

Bev is a native of Washington and earned her degree at Washington State University. She is nationally certified as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, cycling instructor and group exercise instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Bev specializes in strength training and cardiovascular conditioning for all ages. Bev has served as a hospital wellness director, group exercise coordinator and a dietary manager. Bev and her family moved to Colorado Springs, CO from Bismarck, ND. Bev and her husband enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and spending time with her family and friends.

Luke Dettinger

Luke is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he earned his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Management. He currently holds certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Personal Trainer. He is also certified through Titleist Performance Institute as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. Luke specializes in creating dynamic and creative exercise programs specific for general health and fitness, weight loss, and sports conditioning including golf and tennis conditioning. Luke is a native of Wisconsin and moved to Colorado for the outdoor recreation, mountains, and less humid climate. During his free time he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, golfing, skiing and snowshoeing. 

Dave Kidd

Dave hails from Mid-Michigan where he was born and raised before making his way to Colorado in 2001. He attended Central Michigan University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Preventative Rehabilitation, with minors in Nutrition and Gerontology. Dave has worked mainly on the clinical side of health and fitness, working for both the University of Michigan and Hurley Hospital. He brings years of experience to the Broadmoor, while holding multiple certifications including ACE and AFTA Personal Trainer. Specialties of Dave’s include strength training, weight management, and sports specific training. In his spare time, Dave enjoys golf, rock climbing, hunting, biking and spending time with his family.
