Summit Lounge
The Summit Lounge is the perfect spot to gather with friends or have a romantic cocktail with someone special. Located across the street from the main hotel. Enjoy specialty cocktails and drafts plus 30 wines by the glass. More than 200 small vineyard wines beckon from the spectacular 500 capacity “Wine Turret” and glass-enclosed wine room.
Signature Cocktails include the Sparkling Summit (Bubbling flavors of spring, combining Meyer Lemon with honey, white Verjus, and our own Chardonnay reduction. Shaken and topped with Mionetto Prosecco); Mountain Mint Lemonade (Mountain Mint shaken to perfection with Level Vodka and fresh Meyer lemon juice); Passion Fruit Cooler (Absolut 100 Vodka combined with passion fruit puree and fresh squeezed orange juice); Caiparissima de Oro (You have to taste this Brazilian Superstar with fresh muddled limes, cane syrup and Oronoco Brazilian Rum. It’s like a trip to Rio and even more refreshing!).
Guests of the Summit Lounge can enjoy an array of “Small Plates” which are a sample tasting of the Dinner Menu. Beer and Cheese Fondue, East Coast Oyster on the Half Shell, Sweet Potato and Pear Soup, Hudson Valley Foie Gras Crème Brulée with Apricot and Fennel Marmalade, Herb Roasted Chicken and more.
