Designed by internationally renowned architect Adam D. Tihany, Summit offers all the bold flavors of our innovative American Brasserie, with both private and semi-private dining options.
Summit's private dining room features two large round tables that accommodate up to 11 guests per table, for a maximum of 22 guests seated comfortably. The semi-private table is located at the end of the main dining room with an optional pull down screen. At this unique setting, guests are still a part of the Pikes Peak-inspired dining room where wood, metal, glass, leather and fabrics evoke a modern, but comfortable ambiance. This option is ideal for parties between seven and 11 guests.
*Parties larger than 12 people require specialized menu selections and reservations to secure the private or semi-private dining areas within Summit.
