As the resorts newest restaurant and designed by Adam D. Tihany, Summit's contemporary design provides a counterpoint to the classic majesty of The BROADMOOR. Summit is an American Brasserie with an eclectic, innovative wine and cocktail program. Summit was recently honored in the Robb Report for 2006 "Best of the Best", and Esquire's "Best New Restaurants 2006", along with "Best New Design".

Hours: Open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday 5:00pm to 9:30pm.
Attire: "Smart Casual", coat not required. Dress jeans permitted. No shorts please.
