- Television and DVD Player must be “On.”
- Using the television remote, press the FUNC key on the lower right.
- Use the arrow up/down/side buttons to navigate.
- Go to INPUT.
- Broadmoor Main rooms, Broadmoor West rooms, and Cottages select “HDMI1/DVT”.
- Broadmoor South rooms select “HDMI2”.
- Press SELECT. Press FUNC key to close the TV menu.

DIAL 5100 FOR EMERGENCIES
For emergencies, press 5100 on any in-room or house phone. Security will coordinate the appropriate response by police, fire, or ambulance services. If you press 911 from your telephone in an emergency, it is recommended to stay on the line with the 911 Operator to share critical information until they have arrived to your exact location.
GUEST VOICEMAIL
The Broadmoor is pleased to provide you with an automated message system. Please dial 5500 from your in-room phone to retrieve voicemail, text messages, and for additional Voicemail options. If there is a text message the system will connect you to the operator for retrieval. The following are dial pad options which can be used while connected to the Voicemail system:

2 - Delete Message
3 - Repeat
4 - Envelope Information

If you need to check for messages while away from your room, you can do so by calling a hotel operator at 719-634-7711.
WIRELESS INTERNET
Wireless internet is included in your daily resort charge for guest rooms and most public areas. The network name is broadcast as “Broadmoor” and should be viewable as an available connection on your device.

If you are a part of a group that has purchased an internet package and have an Access Code, connect to the “Broadmoor Meeting” network name.
Once connected to either network, you will need to open an internet browser. Your browser should be redirected to our wifi login page in order to accept our terms of service. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your connection to the internet. Wired and wireless high-speed internet access is up to 20Mbps.
WIRED INTERNET
Wired internet is available upon request during hours of IT Support, 6:00am to 10:00pm.
