After 90 days, employees are invited to attend Benefits Orientation:
Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug enrollments are available, to include hotel paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment.
After six months of full time employment, employees receive 40 hours of paid vacation time.
After one year or more of full time employment, employees receive access to additional voluntary life and disability insurance, an additional 40 hours of vacation, personal days, and holiday pay becomes available.
The Broadmoor is becoming a smoke/tobacco-free employer:
WHEN? January 1, 2014. We are providing the necessary tools for employees to do so.
WHY? We care about your health and also to provide a clean, productive, and safe environment!
WHAT? Employees who wish to smoke or use tobacco must do so during their 30 minutes unpaid meal breaks and must leave Broadmoor property. Employees may not smoke or use tobacco during their paid breaks.
WHERE? All areas and properties of The Broadmoor Hotel including The Ranch at Emerald Valley, Cloud Camp, Fly Fishing Camp, UTTR, Eagles Nest Ranch, and any other affiliations to The Broadmoor.
