Taste and Savor a Moveable Feast - Fruition
1:00 AM 1:00 AM Small-group culinary and beverage demonstrations with noted chefs and winemakers, as well as meet-and-greet receptions and exclusive dinners, highlight The Broadmoor’s newly announced Taste and Savor Movable Feast Series of event-filled weekends.

Join Chef Alex Seidel, owner of the award-winning Fruition and Mercantile Dining and Provision restaurants in Denver, to taste how locally sourced components enhance his cuisine. On Saturday, Chef Alex invites guests to his Fruition Farms to learn how he sources fresh produce for his restaurants and market, as well as to taste his line of sheep’s milk cheeses.

Evening: Reception with Alex Seidel
Dinner: On own - Reserve your table today in La Taverne, Summit, Penrose Room, Golden Bee or Ristorante del Lago

Saturday
Breakfast: Full breakfast available in Lake Terrace Dining Room or a light breakfast from Espresso's or Natural Epicurean
Saturday Morning: Field trip to Fruition Farms – tour the Dairy Produce and Animal Husbandry program at Fruition Farms.
Saturday Lunch: Reserve your table today in Golden Bee or La Taverne
Saturday Afternoon: The Keys to the perfect healthy juices and cocktails!
Saturday Night: Dinner with Alex in Natural Epicurean
