Season of Harvest

Before it was known as “Farm to Table,” The Broadmoor always brought the freshest ingredients to its guests. Fun Fact

A favorite story at The Broadmoor begins with a waiter on the service elevator delivering a tray of shrimp to a private party. John Wayne got into the elevator (why he entered the service elevator, we don’t know) and began eating the shrimp right off the tray! The server told him he couldn’t do that and Wayne replied it would be ok because he would go to the party and serve the shrimp himself; and he did! The guests were delighted. We invite you to tell that story at your next party, and be sure to have a tray of shrimp in hand!
