2019 Classic Broadmoor Holiday Show Social Media Giveaway

Submission of an entry to the 2019 Classic Broadmoor Holiday Show Social Media Giveaway (the “Broadmoor Classic Holiday Show” or “Holiday Show”) shall constitute an agreement to the following Terms and Conditions:

1.  Eligibility: The Broadmoor Classic Holiday Show is a social media contest open to active-duty Service Members and their families, stationed in Colorado. All contest entries must be submitted by an adult (18-year’s or older), include appropriate content, and adhere to all contest criteria. Any profanity, inappropriate content, illicit material, or other material that is in any way objectionable (in The Broadmoor’s sole and absolute discretion), which is included in a contest submission will be immediately removed and disqualified from the contest.  All individuals understand that the Holiday Shows included in the giveaway are for the dates of December 13, 14, and 28, 2019.
2.  Agreement to Rules: Upon contest entry, the individual submitting such entry agrees that he or she has all authority and has received all permissions as may be necessary to submit all of the content included as part of such entry and, further, that The Broadmoor shall have the unrestricted right to use any and all submitted content for marketing purposes, to include, without limitation, photography usage and rights, names, likeness and any other information thereof, all free from any charge to, or reimbursement or payment obligation upon, The Broadmoor.
3.  Contest Period:  Contest entries will be accepted starting on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 and ending on Monday, December 2, 2019. All entries must be received by 10 AM MST on Monday, December 2, 2019.  Submissions that were not submitted by 10 AM MST on Monday, December 2, 2019 will not be considered at a later date.
4.  How to Enter: To enter the Holiday Show contest, individuals must submit all of the following criteria or meet the following requirements to be considered: (i) Individuals must comment underneath The Broadmoor’s contest posting on Facebook with a photo of their family and/or Service Member, and must include a publicly shareable description of their Service story; (ii) each Service Member may only be entered into the contest once; (iii) duplicates of the same Service Member, no matter if it’s a different family member submitting on behalf of their family’s Service Member, will not be considered in the contest drawing; and (iv) contest submissions that do not include all required contest criteria will not be considered.  Entries may be disqualified from consideration at any time by The Broadmoor for any reason or for no reason, all at The Broadmoor’s sole and absolute discretion.
5.  Prizes: After December 2, 2019, 15 individuals who submitted all contest criteria to the proper location, in a manner satisfactory to The Broadmoor, will be randomly selected, in a manner of The Broadmoor’s choosing, and given two tickets each to one Holiday Show. All winners must present a valid Military ID in order to gain entrance into the Holiday Show. Tickets may not be sold and must be used on the day of the Holiday Show which will be designated by The Broadmoor pursuant to Section 6, below. Tickets must be used by the winner and a guest of choice. There will be no credits or refunds for winners that do not attend their Holiday Show for whatever reason.
6.  Winner Notification: All 15 Winners will be notified via Facebook messenger and will be asked to give two of their preferred dates to attend The Broadmoor Classic Holiday Show. The Broadmoor will use reasonable efforts to assign each winner two tickets to one of their preferred dates.  The Broadmoor will use Facebook messenger to provide the specific event details.
7.  Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries made during the contest timeline. The Broadmoor makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the contest, the Holiday Show, or any other matter described herein.
8.  No Liability; No Partnership or Joint Venture:  Under no circumstance shall The Broadmoor be liable to any person for any damage, loss, error, omission, delay or any other harm or injury of any form, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, which is incurred or alleged to have been incurred by any person in connection with the contest, the Holiday Show or any other matter described herein. This contest is organized by The Broadmoor and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.  Nothing provided for herein or contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, contest submissions and related marketing materials that may be prepared by The Broadmoor, shall constitute a partnership between or joint venture between The Broadmoor and any other person.  No person shall hold himself or herself out contrary to the terms of this Section 8 and The Broadmoor shall not become liable by any representation, act or omission of the other contrary to the provisions hereof.  The contest and these Terms and Conditions are not for the benefit of any person and shall not be deemed to give any right or remedy to any such person whether referred to herein or not.
