Your Checkout Tomorrow

We are fortunate to be experiencing full occupancy, and with that regret that we will not be able to accommodate late checkout requests. Should you wish to enjoy property past the authorized 12:00pm checkout, luggage may be stored at either the Main (5110) or West (5112) Bell Desk.

  • Video Express Checkout is available via your television. Simply begin the process by pressing the menu button on your remote control, select Guest Services and you will be guided through a review of your charges and checkout. A final statement will be emailed to you automatically.
  • Respond to this text message upon departure of your room to confirm your preferred email address to send your final statement.
  • The Hotel Voice Mail Checkout Service is also available by dialing extension 688 from your room. You will be prompted to leave the appropriate information for checkout. When your message is received, your outstanding charges will be applied to your credit card on account and the final statement will be emailed to the address that you provide.
  • Our Front Desk is available 24 hours; however, the property management system is offline from approximately 3:00 am to 4:00 am. You may review your account anytime at the Front Desk or via the in-room Video Express Checkout, although your final night’s room rate will not be posted until 4:00 am, the day of your departure. The Front Desk Team will kindly settle your account and email your final statement to the address on file after systems resume.

If your vehicle has been parked by our Valet, please contact Guest Services at extension 5110 (Main), 5111 (South) or 5112 (West) at least fifteen minutes before your expected departure time. This will assist with expediting the retrieval of your vehicle. You may also simply reply to this text message with your 6-digit ticket number.
