We're nestled on the southern edge of the Rocky Mountains in the Cheyenne Mountain foothills of Colorado Springs, Colorado, with 5,000 lush acres of resort space to explore.

Our iconic Colorado Springs hotel is home to an abundance of restaurants, cafes and lounges, two legendary golf courses, a world-renowned spa, 19 distinctive retail outlets, and an array of programs for guests of all ages and interests. We also specialize in hosting unforgettable meetings and events with over 315,000 square feet of sophisticated function space.

We recruit from across the globe and offer cultural exchange experience, internships, and training opportunities for individuals from over 23 countries and cultures.

  • We award up to $6,000 scholarships to employees seeking degrees annually
  • Once employees reach six months of service, they are eligible for tuition reimbursement. The longer the employee has been here, the more reimbursement they can receive. An employee who has been here for five years can receive $5,000 per year in reimbursement for school.
  • We also have a food bank that we stock internally to take care of any employees who may need assistance
  • We supply a school drive each Fall and distribute school supplies to employees with school-age children
  • We have organized Broadmoor employees to volunteer for a local cause each month
  • Internationally based employee programs supporting work travel and educational VISAs have been viable and life-changing for many participants
  • Our employees have been contributing to United Way for nearly 15 years
  • We have over 30 Leaders in Giving (individuals who give $1,000 or more each year)
