Rouse at the crack of dawn and watch the flag-raising with a piping hot cup of coffee and pastries, fresh from the kitchen. Breakfast and lunch are more casual and revolve around the activities arranged for the day. Enjoy lunch either in the dining room or on the wraparound patio overlooking The Broadmoor and the Plains far below. The patio is also an ideal place to sip creative libations or huddle by a campfire while roasting s'mores and soaking in the beautiful scenery.
After working up an appetite, enjoy the haute dinner cuisine around the elegant long table of Cloud Camp, which serves as a reflection of the life and times of Spencer Penrose during the Golden Age of the 1920s. Mr. Penrose’s penchant for fellowship and celebrating with guests is exemplified by the hand-hewn communal table where the tales of the day are shared over dinner with fellow guests. Cloud Camp’s evening Cooking Club is a wonderful time to wind down and learn something new while expanding your culinary repertoire.
