Official Rules
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOUR ENTRY INTO THIS GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS, CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND OTHER RULES (THE “OFFICIAL RULES”). BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU (“ENTRANT”) SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Administrator: The Broadmoor and Sea Island’s Joint Giveaway “Two-Night Stay at The Broadmoor plus $500 Resort Credit and Two-Night Stay at Sea Island plus $500 Resort Credit” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a sweepstakes administered and sponsored by The Broadmoor Hotel, Inc. and Sea Island Company, LLC. (“Administrator,” “us,” “our,” or “we”).
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old. Employees of Administrator and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Giveaway Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Odds of winning a prize in this Giveaway depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions not listed herein, overseas military installations, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing: The Giveaway begins at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”), Tuesday November 10, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT, Monday, November 16, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

- Tag friend(s) in the comments on the official post pertaining to the Giveaway. Each comment tagging a new friend will grant you another entry.
- Email subscription to both The Broadmoor and Sea Island:
- Complete the email sign up form found at The Broadmoor’s or Sea Island’s Instagram profile’s link in bio: https://www.broadmoor.com/sister-property-giveaway or www.seaisland.com/giveaway
- These forms are identical and include double opt in language. It is only required to fill out one of these forms (submitting the same information via both websites does not grant any additional entries).
There is no limit on the number of entries per person, however, each entry must be unique.
For all entries: All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
Selection process: On Wednesday, November 18, 2026 the Administrator will randomly select two winners. The Administrator will verify that the two potential winners selected have fulfilled the entry terms. Once that has been determined, the two winners will be notified they have won via the comments on the official Instagram giveaway post. One winner will receive the Two-Night Stay at The Broadmoor plus $500 Resort Credit and the other winner will receive the Two-Night Stay at Sea Island plus $500 Resort Credit.
Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Any potential winner shall be subject to verification by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. If requested, and except where prohibited, potential winners must sign and return to Administrator, within fifteen (15) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner is discovered to be ineligible for the Giveaway, or if he/she fails to sign and return the completed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an alternate Entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be provided with a certificate to be redeemed for use, which must be provided at the time of check in in order for the cost of the room to be covered.
Prizes: Two (2) Prizes will be awarded in this Giveaway. One winner will receive the Two-Night Stay at The Broadmoor plus $500 Resort Credit and the other winner will receive the Two-Night Stay at Sea Island plus $500 Resort Credit.
Prize description and limitations: One prize consists of a Two-Night Stay at The Broadmoor plus $500 Resort Credit, and is subject to availability and blackout dates. The winner is responsible for booking the stay with The Broadmoor’s Reservations Team, who can be reached at 800-634-7711. The winner will receive a certificate with unique code. They must provide the unique code at the time of booking, and the physical certificate at the time of checking in for their stay. This prize consists of a maximum monetary value of: $2362.38 (an average nightly rate of $931.19 plus the $500 resort credit), including a 20% Service Charge and Taxes. This rate is for single or double occupancy in a classic room. Resort credit will be applied to room and may be used toward retail purchases and dining, activity and spa reservations. Airfare and travel to The Broadmoor are not included. No substitute prizes will be available and it is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize must be used no later than December 31, 2027. Once reservations are confirmed, changes or cancellations are not permitted. The prize does not include any food, drink, or lodging at The Broadmoor or any of the other Wilderness Experience Properties.
The other prize consists of a Two-Night Stay at Sea Island plus $500 Resort Credit, and is subject to availability and blackout dates. The winner is responsible for booking the stay with Sea Island’s Reservations Team, who can be reached at [email protected]. The winner will receive a certificate with unique code. They must provide the unique code at the time of booking, and the physical certificate at the time of checking in for their stay. This prize consists of a maximum monetary value of: $2,636.62 (an average nightly rate of $1,068.31 plus the $500 resort credit), including a 20% Service Charge and Taxes. This rate is for single or double occupancy in a classic room. Resort credit may be used toward retail purchases and dining, activities, and spa reservations. Airfare and travel to Sea Island are not included. No substitute prizes will be available and it is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize must be used no later than December 31, 2027. Once reservations are confirmed, changes or cancellations are not permitted. The prize does not include any food, drink, or lodging at Sea Island or any of its Properties.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize per winner: $2362.38 for the winner of The Broadmoor prize to be awarded from The Broadmoor. $2,636.62 for the winner of the Sea Island prize to be awarded from Sea Island.
Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Administrator, The Broadmoor, Sea Island, Instagram, and each of the foregoing entities’ respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
General Conditions: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Administrator and its affiliates and not to Instagram. Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, and Administrator disclaims any liability for such events. If terminated, Administrator may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action using the procedure outlined above. Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Administrator further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be conducted, operated, or completed as planned for any reason.
Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing, typographical, or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone/internet lines or network hardware or software, or in any equipment used in connection with use of or participating in the prize; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, the uploading, the processing, or selection of entries, the announcement of finalists or the Giveaway Winner, or in any Giveaway-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, faulty, or damaged entries or private messages; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any entry. The aggregate liability of the Released Parties will be limited to the total Approximate Retail Value of the prize as set forth in these Official Rules.
Disputes: Entrant agrees that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant(s) and Administrator and their agencies, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Colorado. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Giveaway, or awarding of the prize, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado. Entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Giveaway, Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or awarding of the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Giveaway but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
Miscellaneous: To the extent any terms of these Official Rules are deemed invalid, unenforceable or illegal, such terms will be deemed stricken from these Official Rules and to the extent possible, replaced with a valid and enforceable clause having, as close as possible, a substantially similar intent and economic effect as the invalid clause.
