Experience the ultimate live-fire flavor at the first annual “BIG GREEN EGG CULINARY WEEKEND AT CLOUD CAMP” event, which is being hosted by Executive Chef Justin Miller, his culinary team, and Big Green Egg. The event celebrates Big Green Egg's 50th Anniversary and showcases the versatility, precise temperature control, and unmatched flavor of cooking with live fire.

The event, taking place May 16-19, includes Big Green Egg demos by Jack Arnold, BGE Team Green BBQ host, and signature dishes prepared by Chef Matt Bolus, the owner of The 404 Kitchen and Gertie's Whiskey Bar in Nashville and Louisville. Guests will also enjoy whiskey tasting/cocktail classes by Distillery 291, and all Cloud Camp activities such as pickleball, mule rides, and guided hiking, among others. Guests will be surrounded by the majestic beauty of the all-inclusive mountaintop retreat, with the crisp mountain air invigorating their senses.

The chef's offerings include perfectly seared Colorado Craft Beef steaks, low and slow-smoked leg of lamb, grilled Verlasso Salmon, Point Reyes Truffle Mac-n-Cheese with Lobster, and other thoughtfully paired side dishes, wines, and spirits. The event promises to ignite guests' culinary imagination, tantalizing their taste buds and leaving them craving more. As a leader in the outdoor cooking industry, Big Green Egg inspires people to gather with friends, families, and neighbors to cook over live fire with 100% all-natural lump charcoal. Beyond the demonstrations, guests will dine on farm-style style tables on Cloud Camp's picturesque deck.
