Relax on one of our scenic outdoor patios before sitting down to a gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the grand lodge prepared attentively by Broadmoor chefs. The dining experience at The Ranch at Emerald Valley serves as an unexpected luxury in the rugged setting of the Colorado wilderness.

Whether you rise at the same time as the sun or by your alarm clock, each day starts with Cowboy Coffee around the fire pit! Breakfast is a casual affair with a myriad of both hot and cold culinary choices. Daily treats are prepared to fuel your mid-morning hike with an epicurean spread for lunch, which will be ready upon your return!

The grand lodge dining room offers the perfect setting to enjoy meals with your travel party, whether you need a romantic table for two or a larger one to accommodate the whole family. Enjoy an evening aperitif before dinner from the Olde Swan Tavern, overlooking the ponds with views of the mountains. Your vacation dates may fall during our twice-weekly cookouts, a real treat and not to be missed. Our menus feature seasonally grown produce from our Broadmoor Farms, which not only enhances the culinary experience but personifies what our guests have come to love at The Broadmoor.

Dining at The Ranch:

6:30am: Cowboy Coffee served around the Fire Pit
7:30am-9:30am: Breakfast served at The Lodge
12:00pm-1:30pm: Lunch served at The Lodge
5:00pm-6:00pm: Social Hour and Hors d'oeuvres
6:00pm-8:00pm: Dinner served at The Lodge

Wednesday and Saturday evenings are our Cookout nights at The Lodge. We invite our guests to join us at 6:00pm for a most enjoyable evening.
