Weekend of Wellness 2018

Becoming healthier, stronger, living longer, being more mentally fit  - and just “beat the odds” - is  not only an art, but also a science that doctors have been researching for more than 100 years. Today, with a seemingly endless amount of information available to us, for some people figuring out what is best for them can be confusing and a bit overwhelming. To help find out what is best for you and the way you live, join us for the 7th annual Woman’s Weekend of Wellness March 8 through 10, 2018.

We will not only help educate you, but uplift and inspire women of all ages while helping everyone to understand the power of re-engaging with your own health and wellness. After all, investing in yourself is the best investment you’ll ever make!

Keynote Speaker

Peggy Fleming

Peggy Fleming dominated women’s figure skating from 1966-1968. She won five U.S. championships, three world championships and the gold medal in figure skating at the 1968 Olympic Winter Games in Grenoble, France. This achievement was particularly significant since she was the only American to win a gold medal in those Olympic Winter Games.

Following her Olympic victory, Fleming became one of the first figure skaters to build a professional skating career. She headlined five NBC television specials, became a successful television commentator for ABC Sports/ESPN and a spokesperson for women’s health. In 1999, at Sports Illustrated’s “20th Century Awards,” Fleming was honored as one of seven “Athletes Who Changed the Game.”
