Can I visit the Spa if I’m not staying at The Broadmoor?
Reservations for the Spa & Salon are exclusively for registered overnight guests and Golf Club Members.
Where is the Spa?
The Spa is located on the 3rd floor of the Golf Club building, at the southeast corner of the resort.
When should I arrive to the Spa?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to take full advantage of the spa facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow technicians to be on time for the next session.
Can I bring food with me to my appointment?
The Spa does not allow food on the third floor where massages and body services are performed. The Broadmoor offers a variety of dining options throughout the property for all guests to enjoy.
What amenities are offered at the Spa?
The Broadmoor Spa offers a steam room, sauna, oxygen room and lounge that are gender specific as well as the co-ed Mountain View Room and Terrace that overlooks The Broadmoor's golf courses. These amenities are complimentary with scheduled spa and salon services. Hotel guests who are unable to reserve a service may enjoy these luxurious areas for a fee (based on availability). The use of the fitness center, indoor pool and outdoor whirlpool is reserved for overnight hotel guests only.
Are children or teens allowed at the Spa?
The Spa and Fitness Center are adult areas and we respectfully request that guests do not bring their children to services. The Fitness Center is reserved for guests 18 years of age and older (16-17 year olds with adult supervision are welcome). The third floor of The Spa, which includes the locker and spa amenities area, is reserved for those 16 years of age and older. We offer services to guests under the age of 16 in our second floor salon (please see menu for offerings). Our Broadmoor Nannies will be happy to reserve babysitting as availability permits. Our Spa Team is not able to assist with on-site childcare.
Should I notify the Spa if I have an allergy or medical condition?
Please advise our staff of any special requests, sensitivities, allergies, if you are nursing, taking any medications or have a special medical condition. For certain medical conditions, we recommend that you check with your physician before visiting the Spa. Your therapist will review health information prior to beginning your service and if (s)he believes that the service is unsafe based on the provided information (s)he may recommend cancelling the service and booking an alternative or modifying to ensure your safety. As we are most interested in your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.
