BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Reservations for The Broadmoor Spa & Salon are exclusively for registered overnight guests and Golf Club Members. To make an appointment, please call (855) 421-4301. While on property, you may simply dial 3999 from any house phone. We encourage you to schedule your Spa services well in advance of your visit to ensure the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Spa appointments must be reserved with a credit card number or hotel reservation confirmation number. Your credit card will not be charged prior to your arrival and upon check in you may choose an acceptable payment method.

LOCATION & PARKING

The Spa is located on the 3rd floor of the Golf Club building, at the southeast corner of the resort. You may valet park at the main entrance of the hotel (complimentary for the day), or you may park in the parking garage at Broadmoor Hall on Lake Circle for a fee. Shuttles are available on property to take you to the front entrance of the Golf Club building. Enjoy a Broadmoor-inspired spa experience in the comfort of your own home by purchasing products within our online store.

CHECK IN

Please arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to your appointment time to take full advantage of the spa facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment is shortened to allow technicians to be on time for the next session.

SPA AMENITIES

The Broadmoor Spa offers a steam room, sauna, oxygen room and lounge that are gender specific as well as the co-ed Mountain View Room and Terrace that overlooks The Broadmoor's golf courses. These amenities are complimentary with scheduled spa and salon services. Hotel guests who are unable to reserve a service may enjoy these luxurious areas for a fee (based on availability). The use of the fitness center, indoor pool and outdoor whirlpool is reserved for hotel guests only.

CHILDREN, TEENS & SPA SERVICES

The Spa at The Broadmoor and Fitness Center are adult areas and we respectfully request that guests not bring children to scheduled services. The Fitness Center is reserved for guests 18 years of age and older. The 3rd floor of the spa is reserved for guests 16 years of age and older. Services for guests under the age of 16 are available at our salon on the 2nd floor. The hotel concierge is happy to assist in arranging babysitting or Bee Bunch camp for children as availability permits. The Spa is not able to assist in on-site childcare.

PATRON RESPONSIBILITIES

Please advise our staff of any special requests, sensitivities, allergies, if you are nursing, taking any medications or have a special medical condition. For certain medical conditions, we recommend that you check with your physician before visiting the Spa. Your therapist will review your completed form prior to beginning your service an if (s)he believes that the service is unsafe based on the provided information (s)he may recommend cancelling the service and booking an alternative or modifying to ensure your safety. As we are most interested in your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at any time.

CANCELLATIONS

We respectfully ask that you give a 24-hour notice if you must cancel any single appointment. 48-hour notice is requested for multiple services or a package appointment. Cancellations within this time frame will result in a 50% cancellation fee. All no show appointments will be billed in full.

CHANGE FEE

If you must reschedule your appointment same day of service, a $25 change fee will be applied.
