Weekend of Wellness 2019
8th Annual Women’s Weekend of Wellness
March 7-10, 2019
There is security in the patterns we create for ourselves on a daily basis. We call it our “routine” and, for better or worse, it is a structure that is familiar and comforting. However, it is also behavior that many times keeps us from really identifying and acting on our strengths instead of focusing on our weaknesses that keep us stuck instead of our strengths and how to use them.
But what if we could change that? What if we had the tools for a different way of thinking? That act can open a door to infinite possibilities.
Kaley Warner Klemp & Jackie Insinger
During the 8th Annual Weekend of Wellness, you’ll learn about ways to increase productivity, be more efficient and more effective by focusing in new ways in order to identify your own Superpower. Our speakers KALEY WARNER KLEMP
and JACKIE INSINGER
are experts in helping explore how you think so you can increase performance and achieve surprising results. A graduate of Stanford University, Kaley has her Masters in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Behavior. Jackie has a degree in Psychology from Duke University and a Masters from Harvard whose objective is to guide you through concepts to implementation that will lead you to a track for success. Jackie and Kaley will lead you through small group discussions and guided exercises to help you identify your own Superpower.
