For many people, The Penrose Room was the elegant setting for some of their most memorable evenings. We’d like to honor this legacy of celebration. As we look ahead to our upcoming reopening, we’d love to know some of your special memories with us.

Love, respect, and admiration bonded bachelor Spencer Penrose and widowed philanthropist Julie McMillan. They first met at a clambake and later "coincidentally" aboard a Europe-bound ship. United by a passion for food and travel, their legacy inspires the next generation of The Penrose Room.
