SMOKE-FREE ROOMS
As a reminder, all sleeping rooms, including balconies and patios are smoke-free. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in a room.

Video Express Checkout is available on the television 5:00am until 12:00pm on the day of your departure.

DAILY RESORT CHARGE
In an effort to add value and simplify incidental fees encompassing a number of services, offerings, and activity access, a Daily Resort Charge of $45.00 per room, plus taxes will be added to your account daily. The Daily Resort Charge includes:

  • Wired and Wireless high-speed internet access up to 20MB
  • Local and toll-free calls up to one hour
  • Online access to over 7,000 newspapers and magazines
  • Complimentary notary service by appointment. Touch “0” to arrange.
  • Unlimited access to our Fitness Center
  • Two daily group fitness classes: Early Bird Aquatics and Yoga
  • Two complimentary in-room reusable water bottles. Accessible water fill stations are located throughout the property.
  • All incoming faxes
  • Resort and activity shuttle service to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center, The Broadmoor World Arena and The Broadmoor Seven Falls
  • Admission to movies and select matiness in The Broadmoor’s “Little Theatre” 
  • Art and History Tour: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 10:30am
  • Golf Clinic: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 3:00PM (Seasonal) 
  • Complimentary access to the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame
  • Tennis Open Play Sessions: Wednesday and Friday 4:00pm – 5:30pm (Summer); Friday 5:00pm- 6:30pm in the Tennis Bubble ( Fall/ Winter/ Spring)
  • Pickleball Open Play Sessions: Wednesday and Saturday 4:00pm – 5:30pm (Summer); Saturday 5:00pm- 6:30pm in the Tennis Bubble ( Fall/ Winter/ Spring)
  • One-hour use of paddle boats (Seasonal) 

A 20% service charge will be added in each of our dining outlets. A 10% service charge will be added for our bistro style cafes: Cafe Julie’s and Natural Epicurean.

For the safety and security of our guests, no outside food and beverage deliveries from local restaurants or meal courier services are permitted. Please enjoy the variety of Broadmoor eateries on site, including In-Room Dining.

 IN-ROOM SAFE & SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
For the protection of your valuables, a safe is located in the closet of all guest rooms. Safety deposit boxes are also available at both the Main and West Front Desks.

ALTITUDE CAUTION
For your safety and comfort, you are reminded that The Broadmoor has an elevation of 6,230 feet above sea level. Exercise may cause shortness of breath and exposure to the sun is intense. Sun protection is advised even in the winter; this is especially important for young children and infants. Increased intake of water is highly recommended.

DIAL 5100 FOR EMERGENCIES
NOTE: For any emergencies, press 5100 on any in-room or house phone. If you press 911 from that telephone in an emergency, our Security Department will dispatch police, fire, or ambulances accordingly. Although your location will be identified based on the size of the resort, we recommend that you remain on the line with Emergency Services until they respond.

GREEN INITIATIVES & WATER FILLING STATION LOCATIONS
The Broadmoor is committed to environmentally conscious programs including recycling, water and energy conservation and eco-friendly practices. To learn more about all of our efforts, please view our Sustainability Brochure.
One of the initiatives we would like to specifically mention is our reusable water bottle program. We are excited to provide two aluminum Broadmoor bottles in your room upon arrival. As these are meant for reuse, we trust that you will find the filling station locations helpful, while we continue to add more throughout our grand old Resort!
