BUSINESS CENTER
Premium printing, copying and binding, computer access, signs and graphics, shipping, and a full range of business solutions are available at the FedEx Business Center in Broadmoor Main. Self-service computer stations are available at Broadmoor Main, Broadmoor West, and Broadmoor Hall. Dial 5469.

CAR RENTAL
Through our partnership with Enterprise Holdings, we are able to extend rental car assistance for your convenience. Please contact our Broadmoor Concierge for additional information. Dial 3999.

CHILDCARE SERVICES
Our partners at Broadmoor Nannies offer in-room babysitting services, as well as a Bee Bunch childcare program of supervised activities for children ages 3 through 11 (must be fully potty trained). Bee Bunch is available on a daily basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day and during select holiday dates. Babysitting is available year-round. CONCIERGE
The Concierge staff is available to offer personal assistance with sightseeing, dining, recreation, and any other special requests. Located on the Broadmoor Main Mezzanine and Broadmoor West Lobby. Dial 3999.

HOUSEKEEPING
The Housekeeping Department is available day and night to assist with your needs. While daily room make-up is generally between 8:00am and 4:00pm, we are happy to honor specific service times, which may be arranged in advance. The Housekeeping Department has many sundries, hypoallergenic bedding, and commonly requested items to make your stay more enjoyable. In order to conserve our precious natural resources, we invite you to participate in our conservation efforts. Unless otherwise requested, bed linens are refreshed every third day. Should you wish to have your bed linens changed more often, simply place the Linen Reuse Placard on your bed and your directive will be honored. Dial 5320.

BROADMOOR SHUTTLE
Complimentary shuttle service is available throughout the entire property including Broadmoor Main, Broadmoor South, Broadmoor West, Restaurants, Event Center, Golf Club, and Cottages from 6:00am – midnight. Bellmen are available to assist with transportation after-hours. Please dial 0 for service. Shuttle service from the Cottages may be accessed by the courtesy phone in the Cottage Pavilion or by dialing the Operator from your room.

SEVEN FALLS TRANSPORTATION
For your convenience, we provide complimentary shuttle service to and from Seven Falls. Shuttle service for hotel guests is available from the Broadmoor West entrance, departing every 20 minutes, based on the Seven Falls hours of operation. Admission tickets for Seven Falls may be purchased in advance online, as well as directly from the Seven Falls Ticket Booth. Please note this experience is seasonal.

TRANSPORTATION BY GRAY LINE
Shuttle, chauffeur, and charter transportation to and from the Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport are available through Broadmoor Transportation by Gray Line. Reservations required. Dial 4769.

ON-CALL PHYSICIAN
When you or someone you know is in need of medical attention, we have a 24-hour emergency medical service. Emergency Room-Service Housecalls will fulfill all of your medical needs. Our physician makes house calls at any hour of the day or night to provide you with medical care and medications. Our house-call services are payable by all major credit cards at the time of treatment. We provide assistance with insurance reimbursement.

PHYSICAN FEES
Phone consultations, prescriptions called in, filled, and delivered 24-hours a day to your room by Hotel Security $175-275 (an extra charge of $100 may be incurred if a controlled substance is required). In room house calls $475.
