The exclusive herd of Wagyu cattle at our owner's private Eagles Nest Ranch is one of the most genetically pure in the country, and the ranch is also home to forty beehives who provide our golden honey. Along with the abundant vegetable gardens on the property, our brigade of bakers are shaping every slice and loaf of the 75 different types of bread we serve, and the chocolate kitchen may be hidden away, but that warm aroma - being crafted into everything from gelato to sculptures - is impossible to resist.
