Guests seeking healthy and organic dining options at The Broadmoor will love the Natural Epicurean, which boasts a health-minded menu that focuses on fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients. Enjoy wholesome dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (seasonal) - crafted with ingredients from our own garden and partnerships with numerous Colorado growers and ranchers.
The restaurant’s innovative design continues our commitment to local foods and sustainable agriculture. In addition to the living wall and chef’s garden, the tables at Natural Epicurean are made from repurposed wood, while glassware is from recycled wine bottles. Placemats are recycled butcher paper, and even the china is recycled stoneware. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy their meal on our beautiful patio garden. This soothing backdrop provides the perfect setting to enjoy organic, nourishing cuisine that never sacrifices flavor.
We are currently offering a selection of organic salads and sandwiches available from our counter case, along with a soup of the day. Colorful, farm-fresh salads, pressed-to-order juices, and array of light bites are ideal any time of day. The beverage program continues our commitment to local and sustainable dining with a bountiful selection of organic and biodynamic wines, organic spirits, and locally crafted beers.
