Join us for a one-of-a-kind "Meet the Maker" experience for dinner on Thursday, July 31st, in our newly reimagined The Penrose Room, where we’ll showcase the finest of Jefferson Bourbon. This intimate event offers a rare opportunity to learn firsthand about the craftsmanship behind the award-winning bourbon brand, with insights from its creators. Savor a curated selection of Jefferson’s signature bourbons, each paired with thoughtfully crafted dishes, while engaging in lively conversation with the maker themselves. It’s a night for bourbon lovers and connoisseurs alike to immerse themselves in the artistry of one of the finest bourbon brands in the world. The dinner kicks off with at 6:00pm with a welcome reception and canapes served alongside Jefferson Brands and Cocktails. Please note this event will be a communal table dinner experience.

The Penrose Room
Family owned since its founding in 1961, Heitz Cellar’s legacy runs as deep as the roots throughout the Napa Valley; a winery legend that has helped shape the history of Napa Valley winemaking. In the late 1950s, pioneering vintner Joe Heitz ushered in Napa’s modern era with his iconic, globally celebrated wines, including Napa Valley’s first vineyard-designated Cabernet Sauvignon, the renowned Heitz Cellar Martha’s Vineyard. Fifty-eight years of the Heitz family’s dedication to viticulture, stewardship, and classic winemaking maintained the winery’s notoriety as a benchmark amongst its peers in California and Europe. Join Estate Director & Master Sommelier, Erik Elliot, as we taste the Heitz Cellar collection paired with the cuisine of The Penrose Room. This Wine & Food event includes a welcome reception featuring Heitz Cellar wines & canapes, followed by a multicourse dinner paired with Heitz Cellar wines hand selected by Erik.

In the heart of Louisville, Kentucky, Angel’s Envy was founded by Bourbon Hall of Fame member and Master Distiller, Lincoln Henderson, and his son Wes Henderson. In the fall of 2022, Owen Martin was appointed the Angel’s Envy Master Distiller. Built on a tremendous legacy and a pioneering spirit, Angel’s Envy innovated the foundations of bourbon and rye through a unique “secondary finishing” technique. Join Owen and The Penrose Room Team for an evening of tasting the Angel’s Envy Whiskey Collection paired with the cuisine of The Penrose Room. This Whiskey Tasting & Dinner event includes a welcome reception featuring Angel’s Envy cocktails & canapes, and a multicourse dinner paired with selections hand selected by Owen Martin.
