The Penrose Room
In the heart of Louisville, Kentucky, Angel’s Envy was founded by Bourbon Hall of Fame member and Master Distiller, Lincoln Henderson, and his son Wes Henderson. In the fall of 2022, Owen Martin was appointed the Angel’s Envy Master Distiller. Built on a tremendous legacy and a pioneering spirit, Angel’s Envy innovated the foundations of bourbon and rye through a unique “secondary finishing” technique. Join Owen and The Penrose Room Team for an evening of tasting the Angel’s Envy Whiskey Collection paired with the cuisine of The Penrose Room. This Whiskey Tasting & Dinner event includes a welcome reception featuring Angel’s Envy cocktails & canapes, and a multicourse dinner paired with selections hand selected by Owen Martin.
