Through information sharing and skills practice, you will be prepared with the tools and resources to begin your career with us. Learning then continues in specific departments and positions to ensure team members have the knowledge, skills, tools and resources to be successful in their role.

Guest Experience Orientation for all Guest Services positions throughout the resort provides an overview of the Guest Services Department, including policies and procedures for each role and the key interactions that create an exceptional guest experience.

Five-Star Food & Beverage for all positions in Restaurants, Kitchens and F&B functions offers the essential keys to providing elevated service and connecting with our guests, as well as core skills such as responsible service of alcohol and kitchen safety and sanitation.
