Keeping The Stars is an interactive course for all team members after 90 days as a practical follow-up to Orientation. Keeping The Stars focuses on the Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond service standards and the importance of going above and beyond our guests’ expectations to create life-long memories.

History of The Broadmoor will provide all team members with the stories and connection to our founders that led the resort to become, and continue to be, an icon of luxury service.  This class will not only share specific roots of our history, but also the storytelling skills that allow team members to fascinate and captivate our guests.
