Due to the reality of COVID-19 and the need to self-separate our guests, employees and community from what's commonly called the "coronavirus", Seven Falls will temporarily cease all operations on Friday March 20, at noon. At this time we anticipate to reopen in May.

The Seven Falls leadership felt it was important to cease all operations out of an abundance of caution for the safety of everyone. The park has had no cases or confirmation of any guests or employees testing positive for COVID-19. We all regret this unfortunate situation and thank you for understanding.

Seven Falls – Restaurant 1858

Dining at Seven Falls

Open seasonally for lunch and dinner, Restaurant 1858 is a unique Broadmoor dining venue situated at the banks of Seven Falls. Taking its name from the Gold Rush era and the famous motto, ‘Pikes Peak or Bust’ of that time, Restaurant 1858 offers authentic Colorado cuisine in a rustic setting made of hand-hewn stone and reclaimed wood, with custom lantern mining inspired light fixtures. “Gold Rush” art from The Broadmoor’s Western Art collection is showcased throughout the restaurant, and is accented with historic photographs of the area from yesteryear. In addition to the main dining room, an outdoor patio offers guests an opportunity to dine al fresco near the thundering water of the spectacular natural box canyon.

Chef de Cuisine, Rocio Neyra Prado, oversees a menu that showcases traditional Rocky Mountain flavors and takes its cue from the heritage of the Old West. The menu’s variety of German, French, and Creole dishes are inspired by the immigrants who traveled west to seek their fortunes in the gold rush, making Restaurant 1858 the culinary melting pot of Cheyenne Canyon.
