Penrose Room Chef de Cuisine Max Robbins will take over the kitchen in Natural Epicurean with a five-course menu focused on the fall harvest from Broadmoor Farms and the Colorado Front Range. Savor canapés and a sparkling toast, then watch your meal prepared in Natural Epicurean’s open kitchen. Have your questions ready for Chef Max as he discusses the featured dishes and ingredients throughout the evening.
