The expansive dinner menu of La Taverne sizzles with the finest selection of Prime hand-cut steaks, chops, prime rib and seafood available in Colorado Springs.  A wide variety of cold shellfish, classic appetizers, homemade soups, and more provide a wide variety of options for every diner.  For lunch, La Taverne serves up favorites such as Seafood Salad Louis, sandwiches, and delicious flatbreads.  Relax in Entre Deux with a beverage selection from the expanded wine or classic cocktail program.  Sit in the Front Room while keeping time to the live music of La Taverne orchestra Friday through Sunday evenings.  Or choose to dine in the airy Le Jardin among lush florals and the stunning 16-foot chandelier for an al fresco feel.

Attire:
Lunch: Bermuda length shorts, denim, and collared shirts are suggested. Please no athletic wear, pool attire or gentlemen’s hats.
Dinner: Dressy denim, and collared shirts are required. Seasonal sport coat or blazer suggested. Please no athletic wear, sport wear, shorts, pool attire or gentlemen’s hats.

 La Taverne’s Raw Bar features fresh fish, air freighted to The Broadmoor daily.  Our suppliers are located in America’s oldest and most famous fishing port, Gloucester, Massachusetts.  We feature a wide array of fresh shellfish, including oysters, clams, mussels, Maine lobsters.  We only serve seafood that is featured on the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch List.  We strive to source seafood that is farmed or fished sustainably and has a minimal impact on the environment.  

Enjoy fresh oysters selected form the finest offerings of the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf Coasts. Delight in a variety of fresh caught seafood items. Then compliment your meal with a hearty glass of ale or a relaxing bottle of wine.
