The Empty Stocking Fund is a 501c3 nonprofit raising funds for 20 health and human service agencies helping individuals and families in the Pikes Peak region.

Thanks to the generosity of our funding partners, 100% of all donations from individuals and corporations go to our partner agencies. These funds allow our agencies to do what they do best - to serve the most vulnerable in our community.

A Living Room With A Christmas Tree

In addition to direct donations, The Broadmoor is proud to provide additional opportunities for our guests to make a positive impact.  Proceeds from the below Broadmoor offerings will go directly to the Empty Stocking Fund:

  • Pitty Pat Club – Talk about a paw-sitive impact!  Bring your furry family member with you and proceeds from your pet’s stay will go to the Empty Stocking Fund.
  • Special Edition Empty Stocking Fund Cookie – A sweet treat that does good. All proceeds from each purchase will be donated to ESF.  Available November 22 through the holidays at Café Julie’s, Natural Epicurean and the Cog Railway Retail Shop.
  • Empty Stocking Fundraiser Parking Day – On November 22, one hundred percent of the Cog Railway and Soli Deo Gloria parking fees will be donated to the Empty Stocking Fund.
  • Opportunity to Give Through QR Code – Look for a QR code on a large stocking outside near the illuminated tree by Ristorante del Lago. Scan to provide a direct donation.
  • Select Children’s Holiday Carnival Activities – Even our littlest overnight guests can get in on the giving fun! On November 29, build a festive friend, decorate a tasty gingerbread house kit or transform yourself with face painting.  Proceeds from these select activities will go toward ESF.
  • Seven Falls Empty Stocking Fund Fundraiser – On November 30, all proceeds from park admissions will go to the Empty Stocking Fund with complimentary cookies and hot chocolate. It’s the last day of the Seven Falls season and a great day to give back to those in need.
