Cloud Camps evening Cooking Club is a wonderful time to wine down and learn something new while expanding your culinary repertoire. Cloud Camp’s four course dinners are a repository of classical cuisine featuring such favorites as Braised Beef Bourguignon, Roast Long Island Duckling, Brook Trout à la Stasbourgeoise, Pear Clafoutis and Tart Tatin. Our humble efforts are to preserve the past traditions and the camaraderie fostered by the shared experience of eating gourmet meals featuring vegetables and herbs from Broadmoor Farms.
