2024 Event Highlights (resort casual attire at all social functions)
SUNDAY, JULY 21
- 9am - 4pm: Player and Spouse/Guest Registration at the West Tower Lobby
- 10am - 1pm: Optional practice rounds on East and West Courses
- 6:15pm: Departure from West Hotel to Cheyenne Lodge
- 6:30pm - 9pm: Opening Reception, Dinner and Fireside Chat at Cheyenne Lodge (Casual country club attire for men and women)
MONDAY, JULY 22
- 6am - 8am: Breakfast for competitors at the Golf Club Grille
- 8am: Round One - West Course - shotgun start
- 12:30pm - 2:15pm: Cookout at the Championship Patio following round (Competitors only)
- Dinner on your own
TUESDAY, JULY 23
- 6am - 9am: Breakfast for competitors at the Golf Club Grille
- 7:30am - 2pm: Round Two - East Course, starting times on #1 and #10
- 6pm - 8pm: Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres on the Mountain View Terrace (Casual attire)
- Dinner on your own
WEDNESDAY, JULY 24
- 6am - 9am: Breakfast for competitors at the Golf Club Grille
- 7:30am - 2pm: Round Three - West Course, starting times on #1 tee and #10
- Dinner on your own
THURSDAY, JULY 25
- 6am - 8am: Breakfast for competitors at the Golf Club Grille
- 8am: Final Round - East Course - shotgun start
- 12pm: Blazer Fittings for Flight Winners in Men's Locker Room
- 6pm: Cocktail Reception and Awards Dinner at Rocky Mountain Ballroom (Coat (no tie) for men, appropriate attire for women, all past champions to wear championship blazers)
SPOUSE/GUEST ACTIVITIES
Exclusive social events will also be held for the players’ spouses/guests Monday - Thursday and includes the following:
- "A Taste of Italy" Interactive Food and Wine Experience at Del Lago
- Pickleball Refresher Course
- Pickleball Round Robin Tournament
- Christmas in July Culinary Demo
- Putting Contest
- Guided Hike to Chamberlain Trail
- Farm-to-Table Luncheon at The Broadmoor Greenhouse
- Fall Fest Broadmoor Chef Demo of Tailgating Appetizers with Wine
The all-inclusive price for a Player and Spouse/Guest is $5,300 which includes the following:
- 5 nights’ accommodations in the Broadmoor West guest rooms
- 4 days of tournament golf plus 1 day of practice round
- 3 cocktail receptions and 2 dinners for the player and spouse/guest
- Opening Spouse/Guest breakfast
- Breakfast daily for competitors at the Golf Club
- Cookout following Round One at Golf Club for competitors
