Transportation to this Rocky Mountain retreat is an adventure in itself. Guests have the option of either shuttle transportation, mule, or for the more adventurous, a rewarding three-hour hike with an elevation gain of 2,000 feet, starting at The Will Rogers Shrine of the Sun to the camp’s location at the summit of Cheyenne Mountain.
The arrival process for Cloud Camp begins at The Broadmoor Hotel South Tower at 1 Lake Ave., Colorado Springs. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a representative from Cloud Camp. They will assist you with check-in and drive you to Cloud Camp. Shuttle transportation from The Broadmoor to Cloud Camp will be available at 1:30pm, 3:00pm and 4:30pm. Complimentary valet parking in The Broadmoor parking garage will be available for personal vehicles, and all transportation to and from Cloud Camp will be via shuttle.
Upon your return from Cloud Camp, check-out will also take place at The Broadmoor. Check-out is at 10:00am. Shuttle transportation from Cloud Camp to The Broadmoor will be available at 7:30am, 9:00am and 10:30am.
