Your Checkout Tomorrow

Dear Distinguished Guest,

It is a pleasure having you as our guest and we trust that you are experiencing a memorable stay at The Broadmoor. Although we do not wish for your visit to conclude, our hope is to offer some helpful suggestions assisting with your departure tomorrow. For your convenience, and to simplify your checkout, we would like to provide you with the following options:

  • As a reminder, our standard checkout time is prior to 12:00 noon. Should you wish to continue enjoying property after this time, please contact Guest Services at extension 5110 (Main), 5111 (South) or 5112 (West) for luggage storage.
  • The Hotel Voice Mail Checkout Service is available by dialing extension 688 from your room. You will be prompted to leave the appropriate information for checkout. When your message is received, your outstanding charges will be billed to your credit card and the final statement will be emailed to the address that you provide.
  • Video Express Checkout is also available via your television. Simply begin the process by pressing the menu button on your remote control, then select Hotel Services and you will be guided through bill review and checkout. A copy of your itemized bill will be emailed to you automatically.
  • Our Front Desk is available 24 hours; however, the billing system is offline from approximately 3:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. You may review your account anytime at the Front Desk or via the in-room Express Checkout, although your final night’s room rate will not be posted until 4:30 a.m. the day of your departure. The Front Desk team will kindly settle your account and email your final statement to the address on file after systems resume.
  • If your vehicle has been parked by our Valet, please contact Guest Services at extension 5110 (Main), 5111 (South) or 5112 (West) at least fifteen minutes before your expected departure time. This will assist us in expediting the retrieval of your vehicle.
