Thank you for considering us for your special event. All restaurant reservations at The Broadmoor Hotel will require a credit card to secure your dining reservations. We have a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your reservation at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, your credit card will be charged twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per guest in the party. You will receive an email notification of the charge if a charge is posted to your card. Any cancellations made prior to forty-eight (48) hours will not result in any charges.

Am I allowed to order food or beverages for delivery from restaurants outside The Broadmoor?
For the safety and security of our guests, we do not permit outside food and beverage at the resort.
Why is my credit card information required?
To guarantee your reservation.
We have implemented our cancellation policy to better manage reservations. Your credit card information guarantees your reservation. Be assured your card will not be charged unless your reservation is cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
What happens to my credit card information when I do arrive?
Your information is secured in our reservations system and can only be retrieved by the restaurant manager.
What happens if I don't cancel my reservation at least 48 hours in advance?
If you do not cancel your reservation at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, your credit card will be charged twenty-five ($25.00) per guest in the party.
There will be a 20% service charge added to each restaurant check.
Cell phone calls within the dining room are not permitted. As a courtesy to fellow patrons, please step outside.

Payment is required upon completion of your dining experience.
