Dining Cancellation Policy
Please Review Our Dining Cancellation Guidelines:
Thank you for considering us for your special event. All restaurant reservations at The Broadmoor Hotel will require a credit card to secure your dining reservations. We have a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your reservation at least forty-eight (48) hours, your credit card will be charged twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per guest in the party. You will receive an email notification of the charge if one is made. Any cancellations made prior to forty-eight (48) hours will not result in any charges.

What happens to my credit card information when I do arrive?
It is secured in our reservations system and can only be retrieved by the restaurant manager.
What happens if I don't cancel my reservation at least 48 hours in advance?
If you do not cancel your reservation at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, your credit card will be charged twenty-five ($25.00) per guest in the party.
There will be a 20% service charge added to each restaurant check.
This information is only used to secure your reservation.
Payment is required upon completion of your dining experience.
