The restaurant features a visually striking glass enclosed wine turret that stores over 500 bottles. A vibrant network of top-shelf vendors provides the kitchen with the highest quality ingredients and local produce available, while an extensive bar highlights local microbrews, cocktails, and wines from the finest regions of the world.
Designed by one of the world's preeminent hospitality designers, Adam D. Tihany, Summit's contemporary design is inspired by the grandeur of Pikes Peak, providing a stunning counterpoint to the classic elegance of The Broadmoor.
