Pepper Dombroski
Director of Sales
Pepper Dombroski comes to The Broadmoor from the Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii, where she held the position of Director of Sales beginning in 2005. Before relocating to Hawaii, Dombroski held several positions within the Rocky Mountain region, including Director of Sales & Marketing for the Snake River Lodge & Spa and Sales Manager for the Westin Vail Cascade Club.

Maureen Carter
Director of National Sales: West Region
Maureen has been with The Broadmoor since April 2005. Prior to her role in national sales, she held the positions of Executive Meeting Manager and Employee Events and Communications Manager. Maureen was also recognized as Employee of the Year during her first year with the hotel. Maureen has two beautiful daughters, Charlotte and Madeline. Any free time that she has is spent enjoying life with her family and taking in the beautiful Colorado weather!

Joshua Garcia
Director of National Sales: Northeast & International Region
Joshua Garcia comes to Broadmoor from the Ameristar Casino Resort & Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, where he held the position of Director of Sales and Catering beginning in March 2009. Before the Ameristar, Joshua was a sales executive for several hotel brands including Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Joshua enjoys spending time outdoors doing many activities including golfing and camping. Joshua is married to his beautiful wife Jennifer; they have 4 lovely children between the two of them.

Laurie Meacham
Laurie Meacham
Director of National Sales: Mid-Atlantic Region
Laurie Meacham handles the Mid-Atlantic Region for The Broadmoor. She has been with the hotel since October 2001. Prior to joining the hotel, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Breckenridge Lodging and Hospitality - Vail Resorts, Director of Sales and Marketing for The Sheraton Colorado Springs Hotel and Director of Sales of The Year for Doubletree Hotels. She also worked for Wyndham and Guest Quarters Hotels as Director of Sales.

Laurie is the Past President of the Southern Colorado Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSMAI). She is also on the ASAE Meeting and Expositions Council and on the HSMAI Special Interest Group board for Hotel Directors of Sales. Laurie obtained her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) in 2005.

She also volunteers for her church and is on the local alumni board of Principia College where her oldest son graduated. Laurie's husband Randy Meacham, is President of World's Finest Meetings. They have two grown children Sean and Cameron and a five pound Chihuahua, Pico. They love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, tennis and skiing.

Tammy Page
Director of National Sales: Mid-West Region
Tammy Page, Director of National Sales for the Midwest Region, has been with The Broadmoor since 2002. She grew up in Kansas City, MO and attended Central Missouri State University. Prior to joining The Broadmoor, she was the Associate Director of Sales for The Wyndham Hotel (now the Marriott), Senior Sales Manager at the Antlers Adams Mark Hotel (now Antlers Hilton), and Director of Sales at Glen Eyrie Conference Center, all in Colorado Springs.

Tammy is the Past President of the Southern Colorado Chapter of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSMAI). She obtained her CMP designation (Certified Meeting Professional) in 2005. Tammy and her husband, Bob Boettner, have 6 grown children between the two of them. The children and families (which include 8 grandchildren!) are scattered across the country. She and Bob enjoy traveling to see them, playing golf, and taking walks with their Golden Retriever, Elway. Tammy completed her first marathon run in May 2012.

Tiffany Pisaneschi, CMP
Director of National Sales: Southeast Region
Tiffany Pisaneschi, Director of National Sales, Southeast Region, has been with The Broadmoor since 2006 and has held many positions in food and beverage, sales and conferences. Prior to The Broadmoor Tiffany attended the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and has a double major in Organizational Management and Service Management. Tiffany is married to Tony and has two beautiful children, Elijah and Evelyn. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and the wonderful Colorado Outdoors.

Jeremy Wilson
Director of National Sales: Rocky Mountain Region
Jeremy, Director of National Sales for the Rocky Mountain Region, has been at The Broadmoor since 1998. Prior to joining the team, Jeremy was a finance manager with a background as a hotel night auditor and in front desk management. Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors doing all types of recreation including hiking, fishing and camping. Jeremy is married to his wife Susan, who also works at The Broadmoor, and has two golden retrievers.

Drew Warwick
Director of National Sales, Insurance & Tradeshow Development
Drew Warwick brings an extensive background in sales, insurance and tradeshow development to The Broadmoor. Drew received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business Management and he went on to receive his Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University. He began his hospitality career as a Sales Manager with Barcara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, California and was also a Sales Manager at the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara and at the Four Seasons Hotel in Denver. He gained additional experience as Director of Sales at Incentive Destination Productions, National Sales Manager at the Limelight Hotel in Aspen and Director of National Accounts for Event Travel Management. In addition, Drew enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife Kerstin skiing, hiking and camping and visiting his kids Andrew & Ashley in California.

Amanda Biffle
Director of National Sales, Incentive & Corporate Markets
Amanda Biffle comes to The Broadmoor from the Group Sales team at Sea Island where she was a Sales Manager since August 2014. Her experience in the hospitality industry goes back 15 years and includes a wide variety of positions from conference services and restaurant management to a sales role for an international student travel company. Amanda enjoys yoga, live music, and hiking in her free time.

Caleb Rice
Sales Manager, Executive Meetings
Caleb has been with the Broadmoor since May of 2008 and handles the Rocky Mountain Region for groups of 40 rooms on peak or less. Prior to joining the sales team in December of 2014, he enjoyed his first 6.5 years at The Broadmoor in Food and Beverage management at La Taverne, the steak and seafood restaurant on property. Caleb attended Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Administration shortly before his start at the hotel. Loving Colorado, he enjoys snow skiing in the winter and camping and boating in the summer. His free time is taken by the newest addition to his and Justin’s family- Gurdy, their French Bulldog puppy.

Chris Henke
Sales Manager, Executive Meetings
Chris joined The Broadmoor from The Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina where he was a Sales Manager for the Northeast territory. He regularly achieved his sales goal and was recognized for his sales excellence in 2015 and 2016. In his new position, he will handle groups of 10 – 40 from the Eastern US and Texas. Chris is a graduate of Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina where he earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship. A high achiever, he was on the Dean’s List and is a member of the Pi Gamma Mu International Honors Society. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, snowboarding, and listening to live music.

Christina Luersen
Sales Manager, Executive Meetings and Group Golf
Christina comes to The Broadmoor from Omni Hotels & Resorts where her most previous role was as a Group Sales Manager for the Midwest market. A graduate from San Diego State University’s L. Robert Payne School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, she has held many roles in the hospitality industry from front desk to banquets and everything in between. Her current responsibilities consist of handling Executive Meetings for the Midwest market and Golf Groups of all sizes.

Tracy Bowman
Sales Manager, Wilderness Experiences
Tracy Bowman began her career at The Broadmoor as a Special Services Concierge handling Honored Guests and VIP’s. She brings that high level of service and attention to detail to Cloud Camp, the Ranch at Emerald Valley and Fishing Camp. Tracy believes that proper planning and a warm welcome are the best way to begin a Wilderness Experience; she loves to see the excitement of the guests as they depart for their adventure. Even better are the stories they have to tell when they return from their stay!
